National Federation of Regional Rural Bank Officers popularly known as NFRRBO, the largest Officers’ Federation in the Gramin Banks in the country represents more than 72% of the officers across the country.
Earlier AIRRBEA was the wing for both employees and officers but Due to the technical reasons , in sikar (Rajasthan ) Triennial conference 2 committee NFRRBO vis officers wing and NFRRBE vis employees wing were formed in 2010 .After that AIRRBEA becomes the coordination committee of the NFRRBE and NFRRBO.With the formation of NFRRBO the house elected the com Sagun shukla as president and com S v Reddy as General secretary.Again in 2013 Kolkata Triennial conference both were re-elected for another term.In 2017 Madurai Triennial conference the house elected com Sagun Shukla as president and com Abdul Sayed Khan as General Secretary. In 2021GuwahatiTriennial conference the house elected com Sagun Shukla as president and com Abdul Sayed Khan as General Secretary.In 2025BellaryTriennial conference the house elected com Chain Singh Rawat as president and com Kirthiraj Hidkal as General Secretary.
