National Federation of Regional Rural Bank Employees popularly known as NFRRBE, the largest Employees’ Federation in the Gramin Banks in the country.
NFRRBE represents more than 73% of the Employees across the country.
Earlier AIRRBEA was the wing for both employees and officers but Due to the technical reasons , in sikar (Rajasthan ) Triennial conference 2 committee NFRRBO vis officers wing and NFRRBE vis employees wing were formed in 2010 .After that AIRRBEA becomes the coordination committee of the NFRRBE and NFRRBO.With the formation of NFRRBE the house elected the Com. C. Rajeevan as president and Com. Shivkaran Dviwedi as General secretary. Again in 2013 Kolkata Triennial conference House elected Com. HN Rao as President and Com. Shivkaran Dviwedi remain same as General Secretary. In 2017 Madurai Triennial conference the house elected same i.e. Com. HN Rao as president and Com. Shivkaran Dwivedi as General Secretary. Now in Guwahati Triennial conference held in Dec 2021, The House elected Com. Prasanta Choudhury as President and Com. Shivkaran Dwivedi as General Secretary. In 2025BellaryTriennial conference the house elected com Y. Aswath as president and com Samiran Medhi as General Secretary.
